Coffee
Our coffee comes from Darkwoods, an award-winning, B-Corp-certified roastery nestled in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Chosen above many outstanding Yorkshire coffee roasters, Darkwoods shares our deep passion for nature and commitment to uncompromising quality.
Tea
Our teas are sourced from Nemi, a specialist tea company based in London. While Yorkshire is home to an iconic tea producer, we made the conscious decision to partner with a brand that prioritises sustainability by offering plastic-free tea bags. Nemi provides an exceptional range of tea blends, including loose-leaf options, tea bags, and their incredible Chai Syrup, which we use in our Chai Lattes and Dirty Chai.
Beyond their dedication to quality, Nemi makes a significant social impact by providing employment opportunities to refugees, equipping them with local work experience and skills to integrate into the UK workforce and wider society.
All their teas are Organic-certified, their packaging is biodegradable, and their commitment to sustainability is reflected in every cup.
DAIRY
We exclusively use organic milk & cream from Acorn Dairy in Archdeacon Newton, Darlington on the border of North Yorkshire.
Organic clotted cream comes from Stamfrey Farm in Northallerton. Why travel to Cornwall when it’s as delicious in Yorkshire!
Our eggs are ‘Harry’s Eggs’ from Piercebridge Farm also from Darlington on the border of North Yorkshire. They believe it’s imperative for all hens to have access to grass and to roam freely to get a high quality tasty egg and tasty eggs they are!

The Organic Pantry, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire is where the majority of our fruit & veggies come from. Being exclusively organic, they’re delicious to eat and great for you & the planet.
OIL
We exclusively use Cold Pressed Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil in our kitchen. Everything deep-fried, sautéed, or dressed on our menus uses Yorkshire oil. We source this from Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, they’re a family business based on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. We think the flavour is delicious, and their mayonnaise, dressings, and marinades are equally divine.
baked goods
We use two local bakeries for our bread & pastries.
The first, Baltzersen’s, is an artisan bakery located near Harrogate. Their version of the humble tea cake, Sultanaboller, has blown people away and must not be missed. They reached the final of the UK’s Best Croissant Competition, so it goes without saying that their pastries are top drawer.
Moin Moin are the other bakery we use. Located in Ilkley, they provide us with the most scrummy honey and spelt baps for your breakfast sarnies, as well as excellent sandwich loaves.
Meat
We use R&J Yorkshire’s Finest butchers towards Masham, North Yorkshire. They’re an award winning butcher that supply us with top quality woodland reared pork, smoked chicken & delightful sausages. They’re also who help to supply the butchers on our high street in Pateley Bridge.
All of the cured meats featured on our menu come from Lishmans of Ilkley. Established in 1986, Lishman’s of Ilkley in Yorkshire is one of the best-known butchers in both county and country, with a pedigree and reputation synonymous with total quality.
dry goods
We source our baking and cooking goods from Suma in Elland, West Yorkshire. They’ve been a co-operative since 1977 and provide us with a wide range of organic delights.
Some of our organic baking goods, pulses and the incredible oats we use to make our porridge are from Hodmedods. They’re committed to providing quality food from British farms that’s more sustainably produced.
PRESERVES & CHUTNEYS
We’re proud to feature a selection of incredible jams, chutneys, and marmalades on our menu, all crafted by Elaine at Bessie’s Yorkshire Preserves. As a small-batch producer based just outside York, Elaine has earned multiple national awards for her exceptional preserves—and we’re thrilled to share her products with you.
Honey
You may have seen in the news that much of the honey found on supermarket shelves isn’t always what it claims to be—often, it’s sugar syrup disguised as honey. It’s an incredibly murky industry, so we were determined to source a product that is pure, high-quality, and actually honey.
That’s why we’ve chosen Black Bee Honey, a B-Corp-certified company that produces 100% British, single-origin honey. Each jar is stamped with the beekeeper’s name and location, ensuring complete transparency and traceability.
Black Bee is more than just honey; they’re a collective of beekeepers championing wildflower meadows and supporting British biodiversity. For every jar sold, flowers are planted to keep our bees happy and our countryside buzzing.
Deliciously wild and mind-blowingly good, no two jars are ever the same—each one reflects the unique flowers and seasons of its origin.
Let us know if there’s someone we really should be working with or if there’s a product you’d love to see featured on our menu. We’re all ears!
